our theory of change revolves around the idea that the future of learning is audio-visual.

 

We also strongly believe that if teenagers were taught the skills required to become effective communicators and storytellers themselves, they would not only become agents of change but also have a better shot at increasing their employability in the future economy.

ACADEMY OF LIGHT  is our high-touch 2 year program where we teach students effective communication using the audio-visual medium. Our curriculum lies at the cross-roads of screenplay-writing and technical video training (camera/sound/editing) in order for the youth to create more engaging, authentic and socially relevant video stories. Our students create one personal film every 6-week long module.

Our Program is designed specifically for teenagers, and uses Phones as a tool for creating. Currently, we run this program in collaboration with centres and other organizations in Mumbai, Pune and Goa.
